2nd Annual Okanagan Historica Regional Heritage Fair
Organized by Kelowna Museums
May 16 and 17. Today until 3:00 pm. This is an exhibition of student work on a Canadian theme. Students prepare projects to tell stories and share information on Canadian people, places, and events. The Sound of Music
Organized by Kelowna Actors Studio
May 8 to June 1. When a postulant proves too high-spirited for the religious life, she is dispatched to serve as governess for the seven children of a widowed naval Captain. Her growing rapport with the youngsters, coupled with her generosity of spirit, gradually captures the heart of everyone. Navaz
Organized by Minstrel Cafe
Navaz is a collaboration between guitarist Eric Tompkins and Persian vocalist Neda Jalali and musically they combine aspects of Persian music, jazz, and nu-jazz.
